To close out our Yoga Lee 2-Year Anniversary Series, Kerry will guide an educational and experiential workshop focused on the nervous system, the vagus nerve, and how yoga can support regulation and resilience.

We’ll explore how stress lives in the body, what the vagus nerve actually does, and how breath, movement, and mindful awareness can help shift us out of chronic fight-or-flight and into greater ease. Expect a blend of accessible science, gentle yoga, and practical tools you can use both on and off the mat.
