Our team

Kerry McGinn PT, DPT, RYT(she/her)

Hi! I am the owner of Yoga Lee and I am so glad you found your way to us. At my core, I am a lover of all things movement, mindfulness and mother nature. And it’s finding and deepening my connection to those three things that landed me in the Berkshires.

In 2022 I made the move to Lee, MA with my partner, Chris and our dog, Darry. After 12 years living in Boston, it felt like a HUGE leap to start over especially after the past few years knocked us down a few times. I can now confidently say it was the best big leap we’ve taken so far. Lee feels like home, a place we belong and can set down roots. Opening this studio is an honor and a joy after years of wondering where exactly my work in this world fits in.

Movement is my medicine. I played college lacrosse at Tufts University, became a personal trainer in 2012 and have tried all different types of movmenet from boxing to pole dancing, from running to weight lifting. I completed my 200 hour teacher training in 2015 at Prana Power Yoga and my 300 hour teacher training in 2021 at Chakra Power Yoga. I also completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree at MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2018. since then I have studied, Yoga for Traumatic brain injury, Somatics, Nervous System regulation, neuroscience/brain health. Lymphatic system, Myofascial work and so much more. I love learning about the human body and how to feel better in our bodies. I cannot wait to bring my variety of passions to the community of Lee.

Thanks again for being here!

Morgan Windram-Geddes, PhD, RYT

Hi! I’m Morgan! My yoga journey began when I was stressed out finishing my PhD and seeking alternative therapies to recover from many years suffering from anorexia.  It was an awesome journey…one which helped me heal, open my own studio, and offer international retreats on the Scottish Islands.  I completed my 200 hour teacher training with Brenda Louw in Scotland 2011 and my 500 hour training with Bodhi Yoga in Spain in 2015.

Scotland gave me many opportunities including representing the national cross country and 100k ultra distance team.   I was living in Scotland at the time and planning to make a move back home to the States.  Having arrived in the Berkshires in 2019 I found myself juggling teaching yoga with gardening and made the decision to pursue gardening more full time so I could learn and develop my skills.  My business - Morganics - opened in 2021 with my husband Lee.   I am so excited to delve back into yoga teaching and contribute to the community that Kerry is building through Yoga Lee.

Victoria Fiorini, RYT

Hi, I’m Victoria! Glad you're here! I found yoga in high school and loved trying new ways of moving my body. Since then yoga has been so many different things for me. In 2018 I started teaching yoga after completing my 200hr RYT training through The Yoga School of the Berkshires. I also completed a more tactical based training with Yoga for First Responders in 2019. In late 2021 I became a Mother which marked another huge shift in what my yoga practice is. It’s truly about meeting myself where I am and knowing that it doesn’t have to look a certain way; that it’s more about how I feel in the moment and honoring that.
I truly believe the way forward for a more sustainable human experience is to be better educated in how to hear what our bodies are telling us and how to interpret and work with/through these feelings and sensations. Yoga is a great tool to enable us to be less in our heads and more in our bodies allowing us to listen to what it's saying.

I enjoy working with my hands. I am a licensed massage therapist as well as an artist, my current medium of choice is clay.
I look forward to holding space for my students to come as you are and allow yourself to be present, get curious and listen to what comes up for you.

Candace Cihocki- Ahern, RYT(she/her)

Hi! I'm Candace! I've been a fitness professional for well over a decade and teaching various styles of movement arts for 20 years.

My affection for movement began with a love of dance as a little girl, cheerleading and a mix of sports as a teen. Through dance I discovered pilates and from there I found yoga. I vividly remember my first down dog which was in a dance class in college. After college I began studying my first love Pilates but yoga became a place where I could really begin to heal mentally and connect to my creativity.

Following my Power Mat Pilates certification in 2008 I earned my 250 hour Vinyasa Yoga certification from Dhyana Yoga in Philadelphia in 2013. Additionally I am certified in Barre, Sculpt , Partner Acrobatics ( aka AcroYoga) and I am holistic health coach. If anything I am constant student and love to learn. So much so, I earned my MFA in directing from Florida State for my other passion which is live theatre.

Pulling from my diverse background, my practice and teaching style is playful, challenging, forgiving and always set to fun music, so you will never be bored when joining me on the mat. My classes are detailed-based, often contain dance inspired flows, strength based moves along with modifications for injury or options to kick it up a notch. I firmly believe in making intelligent choices for your individual unique body and I will do my best to motivate and inspire you to do so while having fun, breaking a sweat or just finding some time to connect to yourself on your mat. To me movement is medicine for the body and soul. I look forward to practicing with you!

Beth LaPierre PT, DPT, RYT

Hi, I’m Beth! I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for over a decade. In January 2023, I decided to take a 200-hour YTT through Happy Jack Yoga. I had been struggling with anxiety and depression and I knew I needed an outlet. Deepening my yoga practice helped me reconnect with myself and better manage my mental health. It also made me realize that I love to share the power of yoga with everyone! I completed my RYT-200 then went on to finish my 500-hour YTT.

I truly believe that yoga is for all bodies and that there is a type of yoga out there for everyone. I personally love Vinyasa when I have lots of energy and Restorative or Yin yoga when I’m in the mood for a more grounding, slower-paced practice. I believe in listening to your body and respecting what it’s telling you! My students can expect a positive, welcoming environment where they can take a moment to reconnect with themselves and find movement that feels good.

Sarah Brianna Smith

Hi, I'm Sarah. As a Soul Coach, my passion lies in creating spaces where people can truly empower themselves. With a background as a Trauma-Informed Energy Healer and Yoga & Meditation Teacher, I'm on a mission to help individuals empower themselves, become their own healers, and tap into untamed self-love.

My work is all about finding that sweet balance among the mind, body, and soul. I believe in unity and connection, giving equal attention to every part of your being. There's no separation here; when we nurture one aspect, we're nurturing the whole package. Every bit of your experience plays a valuable role in your journey towards growth and wholeness, and they're all welcomed with open arms in this safe space.

My yoga journey kicked off after completing my first 200-hour teacher training at Asheville Yoga Center in North Carolina. Since then, I've continued to dive deeper with over 1000 hours of training in Trauma-Informed Kundalini Yoga, Yoga for Enneagram, Tibetan Buddhist Meditation, Trauma-Informed Vinyasa, Kundalini Rebirthing, Yin Yoga, Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra, and Prenatal Yoga. On top of that, I've also got advanced certifications and apprenticeships in Energy Healing, Reiki and Shamanism. I'm always studying something new!

My yoga practice extends off the mat. It's a way of life, guiding my actions through the teachings of the yamas and niyamas in every possible way... well, to the best of my ability.

Teaching yoga is more than a job; it's my way of standing by you on your personal journey. By sharing practices that have shaped my own growth, I feel a profound sense of nourishment and fulfillment at a soul level.

Melissa Mello

With an open and curious mind, I stepped into my first yoga class and the more I stepped onto my mat, the more curious and excited I became to experience the richness of yoga. In so many ways, yoga inspires me. I experience yoga as a door to greater awareness of the love and beauty of this life. I have seen my daily yoga and meditation practice transform my world— my ability to focus, access peace of mind, and stay centered amongst life’s challenges.

In my classes, I draw on meditation, breath-work, and vinyasa to create a rhythmic and expressive yoga experience. I honor the space that yoga opens us up to and see it as an invitation for us to cultivate a deep and integrated awareness of mind, body, and spirit. In class, you will often hear me read beautiful quotes and poems that serve as threads to connect us with the beauty of life and our deepest intentions.

I  had the pleasure of completing my 200 hour YTT in Manhattan at the Bhakti Center and my 300 hour training with Supersoul Yoga in Maharashtra, India. I received training in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Nidra yoga styles.

I’m so grateful and inspired to be able to contribute to sharing the benefits of yoga with others through teaching! I’m so proud that I can share this dynamic and versatile gift with people everyday.

Let’s come together and explore this awe-inspiring practice. I can’t wait to see you in class!
