Candace Cihocki- Ahern, RYT(she/her)
Hi! I'm Candace! I've been a fitness professional for well over a decade and teaching various styles of movement arts for 20 years.
My affection for movement began with a love of dance as a little girl, cheerleading and a mix of sports as a teen. Through dance I discovered pilates and from there I found yoga. I vividly remember my first down dog which was in a dance class in college. After college I began studying my first love Pilates but yoga became a place where I could really begin to heal mentally and connect to my creativity.
Following my Power Mat Pilates certification in 2008 I earned my 250 hour Vinyasa Yoga certification from Dhyana Yoga in Philadelphia in 2013. Additionally I am certified in Barre, Sculpt , Partner Acrobatics ( aka AcroYoga) and I am holistic health coach. If anything I am constant student and love to learn. So much so, I earned my MFA in directing from Florida State for my other passion which is live theatre.
Pulling from my diverse background, my practice and teaching style is playful, challenging, forgiving and always set to fun music, so you will never be bored when joining me on the mat. My classes are detailed-based, often contain dance inspired flows, strength based moves along with modifications for injury or options to kick it up a notch. I firmly believe in making intelligent choices for your individual unique body and I will do my best to motivate and inspire you to do so while having fun, breaking a sweat or just finding some time to connect to yourself on your mat. To me movement is medicine for the body and soul. I look forward to practicing with you!
Kerry McGinn PT, DPT, RYT(she/her)
Hi! I am the owner of Yoga Lee and I am so glad you found your way to us. At my core, I am a lover of all things movement, mindfulness and mother nature. And it’s finding and deepening my connection to those three things that landed me in the Berkshires.
In 2022 I made the move to Lee, MA with my partner, Chris and our dog, Darry. After 12 years living in Boston, it felt like a HUGE leap to start over especially after the past few years knocked us down a few times. I can now confidently say it was the best big leap we’ve taken so far. Lee feels like home, a place we belong and can set down roots. Opening this studio is an honor and a joy after years of wondering where exactly my work in this world fits in.
Movement is my medicine. I played college lacrosse at Tufts University, became a personal trainer in 2012 and have tried all different types of movmenet from boxing to pole dancing, from running to weight lifting. I completed my 200 hour teacher training in 2015 at Prana Power Yoga and my 300 hour teacher training in 2021 at Chakra Power Yoga. I also completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree at MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2018. Since then I have studied Yoga for Traumatic brain injury, Somatics, Nervous System regulation, neuroscience/brain health. Lymphatic system, Myofascial work and so much more. I love learning about the human body and how to feel better in our bodies. I cannot wait to bring my variety of passions to the community of Lee.
Thanks again for being here!
Victoria Fiorini, RYT
Hi, I’m Victoria! Glad you're here! I found yoga in high school and loved trying new ways of moving my body. Since then yoga has been so many different things for me. In 2018 I started teaching yoga after completing my 200hr RYT training through The Yoga School of the Berkshires. I also completed a more tactical based training with Yoga for First Responders in 2019. In late 2021 I became a Mother which marked another huge shift in what my yoga practice is. It’s truly about meeting myself where I am and knowing that it doesn’t have to look a certain way; that it’s more about how I feel in the moment and honoring that.
I truly believe the way forward for a more sustainable human experience is to be better educated in how to hear what our bodies are telling us and how to interpret and work with/through these feelings and sensations. Yoga is a great tool to enable us to be less in our heads and more in our bodies allowing us to listen to what it's saying.
I enjoy working with my hands. I am a licensed massage therapist as well as an artist, my current medium of choice is clay.
I look forward to holding space for my students to come as you are and allow yourself to be present, get curious and listen to what comes up for you.
Sarah Brianna Smith
Sarah Brianna believes that yoga is for every body and that the practice can be a powerful tool for healing, balance, and self-discovery.
Sarah is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher with well over 1000 hours of advanced training. Her background includes Trauma Informed Yin, Perinatal and Kundalini yoga. She weaves together her deep training in energy medicine and shamanic healing to create classes that nurture both body and soul.
Her journey with yoga began as a way to reconnect with herself during a time of major rebirth and transformation. Over time, it became one of her greatest teachers, guiding her toward self-trust, empowerment, and nervous system resilience. That experience inspires her to hold space for others to find the same.
Sarah’s classes are grounding yet expansive, blending mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, sound and energetic awareness. She specializes in practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and holistic recovery, helping students feel more present, centered, and alive.
When she is not teaching, Sarah can be found hiking in the Berkshires, spending time near the water, or talking about ayurveda and astrology over a cup of tea.
She cannot wait to welcome you to the mat and help you find your own radiance.
Beth LaPierre PT, DPT, RYT
Beth believes that yoga is for all bodies. She has been practicing yoga on and off for over a decade. In January 2023, Beth decided to take a 200-hour YTT in order to deepen her practice, reconnect with herself and better manage her mental health. She was not expecting to fall in love with teaching but soon realized she loves to share the tools and power of yoga with everyone! She completed her RYT-500 from Happy Jack Yoga as well as a Prenatal Yoga Certification from Yoga Farm Ithaca. Beth also has a doctorate in physical therapy and uses her knowledge of anatomy and functional movement to create classes for all levels.
Beth likes to teach a variety of styles as well as incorporate pranayama (breath work) and meditation in addition to asana (yoga poses). Students can expect a positive, welcoming environment where they can take a moment to reconnect with body, breath, and mind. Just show up and see what happens on your mat! From vinyasa and power to Restorative and Yin yoga, there is a practice for everyone and Beth cannot wait to help you find yours!
Born and raised in Western MA, Beth and her husband moved to Lee in 2020. Off the mat, you'll likely find Beth playing outside with her toddler, taking advantage of the beautiful Berkshire scenery!

Cheryl Cucinello
Hello, I’m Cheryl! My passion for yoga began about 20 years ago when my gym offered a Sunday morning yoga class. I immediately felt the healing power of yoga. I love how the practice can center and calm the mind while challenging the body. I believe everyone can practice yoga and I aspire to make my classes accessible, fun and empowering.
In 2021, I moved to the Berkshires after living in New Jersey, where I was an attorney. In December 2024, I decided to follow my dreams and attended the Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training. I am grateful to be able to share the gift of yoga while honoring all the amazing Yoga Teachers who have inspired me and helped me grow in the practice. I live with my husband, furry “son” and five hens. I enjoy gardening, hiking, music and reading.

Michelle Raszl
Hi! I dabbled in yoga in college (where I was an art major), but it wasn’t until I was snowed in at Kripalu on an Educators’ retreat in 2015, that I fully understood its transformative power. I received my 200 YTT from Yoga Ithaca in 2021 and have been subbing locally for friends for a few years. I have also completed trainings in Outdoor Mindfulness through Kripalu (where I met Kerry!), Non-Violent Communication, and I am an Institute of Integrative Nutrition certified Wellness Coach. I still teach in the public schools (13 years!) and I make art in order to process the world around me. Mostly, I like to spend my time playing in the woods and lakes of the Berkshires. My 3 adventurous and (almost) fully grown kids are my guiding light and inspiration.
Morgan Windram-Geddes, PhD, RYT
Hi! I’m Morgan! My yoga journey began when I was stressed out finishing my PhD and seeking alternative therapies to recover from many years suffering from anorexia. It was an awesome journey…one which helped me heal, open my own studio, and offer international retreats on the Scottish Islands. I completed my 200 hour teacher training with Brenda Louw in Scotland 2011 and my 500 hour training with Bodhi Yoga in Spain in 2015.
Scotland gave me many opportunities including representing the national cross country and 100k ultra distance team. I was living in Scotland at the time and planning to make a move back home to the States. Having arrived in the Berkshires in 2019 I found myself juggling teaching yoga with gardening and made the decision to pursue gardening more full time so I could learn and develop my skills. My business - Morganics - opened in 2021 with my husband Lee. I am so excited to delve back into yoga teaching and contribute to the community that Kerry is building through Yoga Lee.
