There’s A Little Witch in All of Us
A Practical Magic-Inspired Day Celebrating Love, Magic & Community
It's the season of the witch...
While we eagerly await the release of Practical Magic 2 this September, join us for a day inspired by the beloved story that reminds us to always throw spilled salt over your left shoulder, keep rosemary by your garden gate, plant lavender for luck, and fall in love whenever you can. Wander between The Enchanted Altar, Yoga Lee, and the Lee Farmers Market for themed workshops, readings, wellness offerings, artisan vendors, botanical treasures, mocktails, and magical moments that celebrate love, laughter, community, and the little bit of witch that lives in all of us.
Mark your Calendar for Saturday August 8th.
What to Expect:
We’ll be hosting several different events as well as bewitching our regular classes! Our morning yoga classes will have Practical Magic themed playlists, as well as small movie-inspired bites and tea!
Throw Salt Over Your Left Shoulder at Yoga Lee
Salt is one of the oldest protective substances on earth. Across cultures and centuries it has been used to purify spaces, seal intentions, ward off what doesn't belong, and mark the sacred from the ordinary. The Owens women knew this. So did your grandmother, even if she called it superstition rather than magic.
AT this make and take workshop, you'll browse a curated ingredient bar of dried botanicals, herbs, crystals, and essential oils. Form there you build your own signature salt blend. There are many different uses depending on your needs. Maybe that's a bath ritual at the end of a hard week, a kitchen salt that makes Tuesday dinner feel intentional, or a protective blend for your doorway, windowsill, or altar.
There will be information to walk you through the magical properties of each ingredient while you work, so what you're building is intentional, chosen with full knowledge of what every element means and does.
When your jar is sealed and labeled, you'll perform the oldest part of the ritual yourself: a pinch of salt thrown over your left shoulder, a quiet personal moment before you walk out the door. A pinch of salt thrown over your left shoulder.
Channel the Owens sisters, create something special and enjoy a beautiful ritual with us!
Heart Medicine Session
The most powerful love spell begins with an open heart. In this one on one Heart Medicine Session, you'll receive a blend of Shamanic Energy Healing, Reiki, and sound healing designed to gently clear emotional heaviness, soften old relationship patterns, and create space for deeper self love and connection. The session concludes with a rose oil heart anointment, a simple ritual to anchor your intentions and honor the love you are cultivating within yourself. You don't need to share your story or prepare anything in advance. Simply arrive, receive, and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to your heart.

The Midnight Margarita Party
A Practical Magic Themed Evening
Yoga Lee · Saturday August 8th · 7pm until the magic runs out
The Owens women never did anything halfway, and neither will we.
Pull out your best witchy dress, channel your inner Sally or Gillian, embody the aunts in all their magnificent strangeness, or come as any corner of the Practical Magic universe that speaks to you and join us Saturday night at Yoga Lee for an evening of dancing, laughing, and lingering in good company.
There's no timeline and no pressure. Just a beautifully decorated studio, a playlist that will make you want to move, donation-based midnight margaritas and seasonal snacks, and a room full of people who showed up dressed as witches.
Costumes are absolutely encouraged. Attendance is completely free. Donations at the bar keep the mocktails flowing and support both Yoga Lee and The Enchanted Altar.
Come as your favorite character. Stay as long as you like. Dance like the aunts are watching.
Yin & Nidra with Beth
Join Beth as she guides you through a series of poses to release tension followed by a relaxing meditation to help calm your mind and start your weekend on a positive note! Yin Yoga is a passive, meditative practice intended to address the body's connective tissue to improve mobility and energetic flow. It is a mostly floor-based practice and poses are usually held for 2 to 5 minutes each. Although it is similar to Restorative yoga in some ways, the main difference is that you are likely to feel some sensation or stretching with Yin, instead of the total surrender of effort that comes with Restorative. Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a type of guided meditation that promotes deep relaxation. This practice is done lying down in savasana or any other comfortable position where you can fully relax.
All levels are welcome.

Somatics & Magic
Your body already knows things your mind hasn't caught up to yet.
Somatics & Magic is a 75-minute somatic movement class designed to wake up the systems that keep you feeling good from the inside out — your lymphatic flow, your nervous system, your fascia, your breath. No yoga experience required. No flexibility required. Just a willingness to show up and get a little curious about what's happening under the surface.
We'll move, shake, breathe, and rest: working with the body's own rhythms rather than pushing against them. Expect fluid movement, intentional stillness, lymphatic activation, nervous system nourishment, and the kind of deep reset that reminds you what it feels like to actually live in your body.
This isn't a workout. It's not a yoga class. It's an hour and fifteen minutes of coming home to yourself.
Led by Dr. Kerry, Doctor of Physical Therapy and somatic movement educator, this class draws on the latest in body science and translates it into something you can actually feel.
You belong here if: You're tired, wired, disconnected, or just curious. No mat experience needed — just show up as you are.

Somatic Finger Painting For Adults
This simple finger painting practice helps shift you from overthinking to sensing.
If you’re stuck in a creative rut or stuck in your head this workshop is for you. Break free from caring about what it looks and enjoy what it feels like painting with your finger(s). Embody your childlike freedom of exploration and let yourself get a little messy. Adults need to be reminded how to be in our bodies, kids know no other way.
Starting with a few dollops of paint and one finger we notice temperature, texture, viscosity, pressure, color and breath. We’ll explore different prompts and adding in other digits while staying safely contained by our canvas and capacity.
Using gentle movement and sound vibrations to help us shift from thinking to feeling we’ll tune into and cultivate our interoception, or what’s happening inside our body. After 30 minutes of grounding through movement and sound we’ll move to expression of our inner state.
Moving with and through sensations we allow whatever comes out on the paper to flow through us not be directed by us. This isn’t about the final product as you will be invited to work with quantity over quality in your painting practice. Your work here is simply a visual representation of your feelings and awareness of what happens when you let creating come from being present in your body at any given moment.
Class format:
20 minutes of grounding breath and gentle movement
15 minute sound bath
45 minutes of painting
30 minutes of integration and reflection with snacks
All art supplies will be provided. Bring a yoga mat and a cup for tea. We also have mats and cups available.

Pelvic Floor 101
Pelvic Floor 101: Supporting Strength and Ease
Leaking when you laugh or run. Pelvic pain. A sense of heaviness or tension you can’t quite explain. Confusion about whether you should be “strengthening” or “relaxing.”
This introductory workshop is designed to take the mystery and shame out of pelvic floor health and replace it with understanding, choice, and practical tools you can actually use.
In this 2-hour experience at Yoga Lee, we’ll explore how the pelvic floor works as part of your whole system including breath, posture, movement, and nervous system tone. You’ll learn why tight doesn’t always mean strong, why “just do Kegels” isn’t the answer for everyone, and how yoga can either support or aggravate symptoms depending on how it’s practiced.
Expect a blend of clear, accessible education and gentle, yoga-informed movement. No internal work. No medical exams. Just evidence-informed guidance, embodied practice, and space for questions.
You'll Learn:
What the pelvic floor actually does and why it matters
How breath and pressure management affect symptoms
Common myths that keep people stuck
Simple practices to support strength and ease
How to know when yoga helps and when you may need additional support
This Workshop Is For:
Anyone curious about pelvic floor health
People experiencing leaking, pain, tension, or heaviness
