Join Dr. Beth LaPierre and Dr. Kerry McGinn, both Doctors of Physical Therapy and seasoned movement educators, for Breathwork 101 — an experiential workshop exploring how to harness the power of your breath for better movement, recovery, and nervous system regulation.

What you’ll learn:
– The science behind how breath impacts your posture, core, and stress response
– Foundational techniques to restore balance and energy
– How to use your breath as a tool for focus, healing, and embodiment

-breakdown common Pranayama class often incorporated in yoga classes

This workshop blends the science of breathwork with the art of mindful awareness — making it perfect for anyone looking to breathe better, move better, and feel more grounded in their body.
