Join Dr. Beth LaPierre and Dr. Kerry McGinn, both Doctors of Physical Therapy and seasoned movement educators, for Breathwork 101 — an experiential workshop exploring how to harness the power of your breath for better movement, recovery, and nervous system regulation.

– How to use your breath as a tool for focus, healing, and embodiment
