Barre Pop Up with Candace!

This 60 minute barre class will use the wall for classic ball exercises and offer some low impact cardio to spice up your workout routine with some fun upbeat music to shake it too! This class will be beginner friendly but essentially all levels. Barre is a class that is inspired by ballet and pilates that uses isometric movements to target your muscles, it is an effective way to improve flexibility, strengthen and have fun at the same time. Candace has been teaching barre for over a decade and her classes are accessible, challenging, creative and guaranteed put a smile on your face even when your legs feeling that classic barre burn.
