✨ Ayurveda for Fall: Nourish and Balance Your Body, Mind & Spirit

✨ Join us for a simple, inviting journey into Ayurvedic wisdom to help you feel your best during the fall season. No prior experience needed. Just bring your curiosity and a desire to feel more balanced and cared for.

🌿 What is Ayurveda for Fall? Ayurveda is an ancient system from India that focuses on balancing your body’s energy to support good health. It encourages mindful practices, nourishing foods, and self-care routines based on the changing seasons. This class will share easy tips and rituals to help you stay strong and calm as the seasons shift. We will be partnering with FarmTrue, a locally owned ayurvedic wellness company and offering a gift with each registration as well as a deep dive into the medicinal benefits of ghee for this season.

🌬️ We’ll start with gentle breathing and grounding exercises to help you relax and connect with your body’s needs. The session is designed to feel warm, caring, and easy to follow. We will feel into the three doshas and learn about them through somatic and mindful experiences. After that, we will dig a little deeper into ayurvedic philosophy for fall with a lecture style class to learn more about your own doshic makeup and how to best support yourself this autumn.

🌸 Benefits of Ayurveda for Fall: Boosts your immune system to keep you healthy during seasonal changes. Helps balance your body’s energy to promote calm and stability.
